Tulle & Tinsel’s team of Day of Coordinators will tie together your loose ends to make sure that your big day runs smoothly. All you’ll have to do is sit back and enjoy every moment while our team ensures that everything goes according to plan!
Here’s What’s Included:
1. A Custom Wedding Planning Checklist & Budget Worksheet to keep you organized during the planning process.
2. Virtual & In-Person Planning Meetings beginning at the 3-month mark.
3. Access to T&T’s Preferred Vendor List
4. Creation of a Custom Wedding Day Timeline that includes a Hair & Makeup Schedule & a Photo Timeline
5. A final walk-through at the venue with the caterer and other applicable vendors within 60-30 days of the event date
6. A final planning meeting within 1 (one) month of the event date
7. Communication with all vendors to distribute the final timeline, share load-in/load-out instructions, confirm arrival/delivery times, and other pertinent details
8. A one hour wedding rehearsal
9. Placement of personal items such as card boxes, place cards, signage, framed photos, and other small details
10. Event day execution by a Tulle & Tinsel Associate that will oversee event set-up & monitor the timeline for up to 9 hours with one assistant (The addition of more assistants may be necessary depending on the guest count and logistics)
